I’m building CiterLabs. We’ve released a free workflow planner with a browser interface and an A2A 1.0 endpoint. I’d welcome feedback from people building business automations and agent clients.
You enter assumptions about enquiry volume, handling time and human review. It returns the calculations, workflow steps, approval gates and an acceptance checklist. It’s rules-based and produces a plan; it doesn’t connect to your inbox or process customer records.
For a synthetic example with 30 enquiries/week and 12 minutes of current handling time, the baseline is 26 hours/month. With 70% eligible for a proposed 2-minute drafting step plus 3-minute review, and 2 hours/month maintenance, the estimate becomes 17.38 hours/month. These are hypothetical calculations, not measured savings.
The endpoint supports synchronous A2A 1.0 SendMessage. Our own SDK test passed; independent interoperability remains unverified. There are no model calls or outbound email actions. Please use synthetic inputs only.

Does your A2A client work with it? Which review gates or failure cases should we improve? Please share your client/version and a minimal synthetic example, without credentials or customer data.
