Access requests pending for 10+ days — Llama 2 and 3.1

Hi,

I have three access requests to Meta’s gated Llama collections that have been sitting at PENDING with no approval or rejection:

  • Meta’s Llama2 models — requested Aug 11
  • Meta’s Llama 3.1 models & evals — requested Aug 14

For context, an earlier request for meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3-8B was approved on June 9 without any issue, so the account itself doesn’t appear to be blocked.

Details of my setup, in case something here is the cause:

  • Full legal name on the request form matches my Hugging Face profile
  • Primary account email is verified and is a company address
  • Affiliation field filled with my employer
  • Country: Spain

I also tried the download form at developer.meta.com and it returns “Sorry, we could not process your request at this moment” (Request ID: 1048202354867157). No VPN or proxy in use.

If there is anything wrong with how I submitted the form, I’m happy to cancel and resubmit with corrections — I just have no way to tell from the PENDING status whether the request was flagged or is simply queued. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @jlakhlili ! If you haven’t already, you can notify the model owner (Meta) that you haven’t been given access yet by posting to the model’s Community tab.

Thank you @meganariley. I still waiting for Meta’s Llama 3.1 models & evals. I’d like to notify it to Meta. So, where? in the model’s Community tab in this platform?
