I met the same issue when I claim the authorship of arxiv: 2602.10622 but failed, The email I received says that “We suggest you try again after updating your HF profile.I try to reclaim but it doesn’t allow me to do it. “ it still doesn’t allow me to do it again. @meganariley I found the same issue when I failed to claim the authorship of arxiv:2602.23061 and 2602.14699 due to different email addresses. But after I update and confirm a secondary email the same as the email in the paper, I can not submit the claim again with the note “You’ve already claimed authorship on this paper”. Could you please help link them to my account? Thanks!

Same issue happened to me! Solution: Make sure your HF email EXACTLY matches the email on arXiv paper. Use the same full name. Rejection usually means mismatch.
