What you’ll own:
→ The personalisation engine — from signal capture to styled, shoppable output
→ The emotional and contextual layer beneath the recommendation core
→ Multimodal ML infrastructure built to scale from day one
→ Build vs. buy decisions across the full stack
→ The technical hiring roadmap for the team you’ll lead post-funding
What we’re not looking for:
→ Someone who wraps foundation models and ships
→ Someone who needs the problem fully scoped before they start
→ Someone optimising for stability over ownership
Engagement:
Independent contractor · founding equity option agreement
Equity: 7–9% · 4yr vest · 1yr cliff
