Hi @pierric, I have the same problem. I have created a group for three people in one email in order to use the account to create tokens. Unfortunately, I am not receiving the registration confirmation email. Time is of the essence for us. Thank you in advance for your help!

Having the same issue with initial email not being active when creating (was a few seconds behind) - now had to change primary account email to a temporary one, but would really like to go back to the original email. Do we prod people here , because I can’t easily find a “support” option? Or do I really need more coffee and it is somewhere obvious (apologies before hand)

Changing your browser may resolve this issue in some cases…

I’m having the same problem, eventually I changed my email address to another one, but I really want to use the first email. Can someone please help me fix this issue?
