Improve meta on rich links to HF papers

The metadata (OpenGraph) that is used when linking to a paper on Hugging Face is not ideal. It is repetitive and does not optimally use the space. The paper screenshot is nice (though I personally find the black gradient ugly, and would almost rather see a graphic from the paper rather than the cover page). My issue is with the distracting “Paper page –” prefix in the title, the unnecessary subtitle “Join the discussion on this paper page” should be replaced with an excerpt, and perhaps better to write “Hugging Face” next to the logo rather than the title again.

See my screenshot for a comparison of the same Apertus paper published here and on arXiv:

The screenshot is rendered with Ghost, but applies to Discourse and Wordpress and other engines.
