I work for a company where we are trying to automate the evaluation process of vendors responses to our requests to buy. I am looking for a model to score vendor responses to a request for purchase. The tool must be able to score the proposal against the different requirements in the request such as vendor equipment products capability and technical specification compared to requrements in the request document, price, delivery time, past performance etc…
