My paper was indexed successfully but never appeared on the Daily Papers homepage

Hi Hugging Face team,

I recently indexed my arXiv paper on Hugging Face Papers:

Everything appears to be working correctly:

  • The paper page has been created successfully.
  • I have already claimed the paper.
  • The paper has received several community upvotes.
  • I have linked the corresponding Hugging Face Dataset to the paper.

However, the paper has never appeared on the Daily Papers homepage, even after waiting for several days.

Could you please help me check whether the paper was successfully submitted to the Daily Papers feed, or if there is any issue with the indexing or submission process?

Hi @Lance1573 , just to be sure, have you already claimed the paper and submitted it to Daily Papers?

I’m not directly involved in this flow, but I did a quick check. My understanding is that paper claims are picked up through an internal Slack notification. I couldn’t find one for this paper, so the claim may not have reached the team yet. It’s also possible the notification was missed or delayed, for example due to Slack API rate limits.
I’ve shared this with the relevant team.

Also, it may be worth making sure your HF account has enough information for the team to verify that you’re one of the paper’s authors. I can’t see account PII myself, and I don’t know the exact review criteria, but if the team can’t verify the claim, it may be rejected.
