Payment method saved but not detected for Spaces

My credit card was successfully added and the temporary $10 hold was created and refunded.
The UI says “Your payment method has been saved”, but when I try to upgrade hardware on my Space,
it still shows the message: “You must add a payment method to your account”.

The card does not appear as a selectable payment method in billing settings either.

Please help unlink the stuck payment method or manually attach my card to my account.
