ProUser Can't See Pay-as-you-go or Create Team — Billing Access Broken

Hi,

I'm on the $9/month Pro plan, but I can't access more GPU time for AutoTrain. Here's what's happening:

- My billing page shows "0/25 minutes" of GPU time used
- I don't see the **Pay-as-you-go** section to add more credit
- I can't create a **Team** (no "Create Team" button, even when visiting /teams/new)
- AutoTrain jobs fail after 30–40 minutes with **Error 500**

I've tried:
- https://huggingface.co/support → redirects to Sales
- support@huggingface.co → undeliverable
- https://huggingface.typeform.com/to/fwbohOUJ → goes to Typeform homepage

Could someone from the team please help me unlock access to Pay-as-you-go or guide me on upgrading to Team Starter? I need to train models and the current limits are blocking me.
