Questions About Model Download Count and Space Visibility in Search

Hello, this is the Supertone team.

We have two questions.

1.

The download count of the model we released yesterday is still showing as 0.
We created and uploaded a config.json file about 5 hours ago, and we have confirmed that the model has been downloaded since then.
However, the Total Downloads metric is still displayed as 0.
We would like to ask if there is anything additional we need to do on our side.

Our Space is not appearing in the Hugging Face Spaces search.
It does not appear under the Speech Synthesis category, nor does it appear when directly searching for the Space name (supertonic).
We would like to know if there is anything further we need to configure for it to be searchable.

This is likely a bug or glitch with the Hub that’s currently ongoing…

There’s a time lag before changes appear in the Spaces search bar, so it might simply be due to that delay. However, we can’t completely rule out the possibility that it’s a bug…
