Random invites after setting organization email domain

Hi - we’ve been using the Team version for a while. I set the organization email domain to our primary domain and it appears to have sent invitations to some of our team after doing so.

At least one of the people invited was following our organization, but this did not apply to others.

Just a thought, but could it be related to these people having previously logged in to personal HF accounts using their organization email address?

It was unexpected that these people received invitations.
