Request for Refund of Hugging Face Pro Plan

Hello Hugging Face Support Team,

I subscribed to Hugging Face Pro on Aprill 2, 2026. However, I don’t need to use Hugging Face Pro plan. I have not used any credits since subscribing.

@meganariley I would kindly like to request a refund for this payment, as I have not made use of the service.

When it comes to payment issues, If you haven’t already, it’s best to contact HF Support first. You should only use the forum or Discord afterward if you don’t receive a response: billing@huggingface.co
