Unresolved payment holds and failed card validation since Dec 31

Hi,

I am writing regarding unresolved payment holds and failed card validation on my Hugging Face account.

On December 31, 2025, I added a payment card to my account. A $10 temporary authorization charge was applied, but the funds have not been released or refunded, despite sufficient time having passed for validation. The payment method was never successfully activated.

On January 18, 2026, I added a different card to test whether the issue was card-specific. The same problem occurred: the card was not validated, and my payments were not added, despite another authorization attempt.

At this point:

  • Multiple cards have failed validation

  • Authorization charges have been held

  • No refunds have been issued
