URGENT — HELP — Unusable inference credits after FLUX.1-schnell removal

To Hugging Face Support,

I have a PRO subscription ($9/month). I was using FLUX.1-schnell through the hf-inference endpoint to generate images.

On July 15-16, 2026, FLUX.1-schnell was removed from hf-inference (HTTP 410: “deprecated and no longer supported”). I still have approximately 850 inference credits remaining on this system that I cannot use.

The replacement (Inference Providers / Together AI) only provides $2/month with my PRO subscription, which is not enough for my usage.

My questions:

  1. Is it possible to transfer my remaining hf-inference credits to the Inference Providers system?
  2. Or can I get a partial refund for the services that are no longer provided?
