Books or course suggestions to learn cloud engineering?

Hi everyone! I am new to the tech field since I came from a chemical engineering background. I am really interested in machine learning and AI and I know some basic stuff from Andrew Ng’s Machine Learning Specialization from Coursera. However, I am having difficulty understanding the cloud, APIs, deployment, and other related topics. Can anyone recommend some learning materials? Thank you!
