Thanks for sharing your use case. However, I personally think that if such datasets exist they should be handled with great care as data leakage may unfortunately result in prohibited content un-filtering systems.
Maybe you can try looking for such a dataset on kaggle? They regularly hold AI-for-Good challenges with good intended use practice.
