I was searching for code references, blogs and any sort of resources that can help me in fine-tuning XLS-R on multiple languages all at once using huggingface.

We don’t have much content for this at the moment sadly! It does sound like a very cool project though. I think the closest thing that I can think of that might help is this paper:
