Iβve built an open-source, lightweight dashboard that provides smart analytics for IT and support teams based on live or historical ticket data.

What It Offers:
- Real-time SLA breach tracking
- Department/agent-level resolution trends
- Custom filterable views for priorities, ticket tags, and escalation paths
- Optional integration with AI prediction layers (like my SLA predictor repo)
Built using:
- Streamlit + Plotly for dashboard UI
- Pandas, NumPy, and JIRA/CSV inputs
- Deployable on any internal server or cloud
Why It Matters:
Most support dashboards are static or locked behind paid plugins. This one is open-source and can connect with ML models to give predictive analytics, not just historical stats.

- Ideas to enhance UI/UX with Streamlit (or alternate frameworks)
