403 error when using wget to download models

Over the last day when using wget to download a stable diffusion model I get 403 errors.
Copy/pasting the URL into a web browser window works.
It is not token related as I do not need to be logged into the browser.
Used to work fine before today. Fails on multiple PCs/connections.
Fails for any model I try and download on huggingface, not just the SD model(s).
Any ideas? Temp server issue (I hope)?

wget commandline is;

hi @Softology, not really seeing this error from here, could you try another file?
can you try it via a VPN? just for testing

Hi @radames we were also seeing something similar today with rajjwal1/bert-tiny in our production environment, thankfully we have the model locally and can package that in with it, but the problem seems to be ongoing as it is not even possible for me to download this model from the hubs files and versions page. Not sure how many others have this issue but this is quite a popular model so thought I would flag that here.
