Good morning! I am a real newbie here so I will apologize in advance if this is a silly question. I have been trying to research existing tools that will help with the summarization of long-form transcripts of video interviews or focus groups.
At a minimum I am looking for a tool that can identify places in the transcript where a word, phrase, or sentiment appears. In an ideal world, the tool would be able to summarize transcripts, find phrases across multiple long transcripts, and even be able to answer questions about the content of the transcripts.
Does anyone know of a tool that already exists that can do all of these things? I am building a SaaS product and this would be part of the analysis offering.
