Hi. I was given access to a model and received the HF email notification. When I click the link I’m receiving a 404 error. What are my next steps to resolve, please?
Is there another way I can receive support for this?
Hi @BrightonAgency Which model did you request access to? The link in the email should take you directly to the model page, so you can also find it by searching the models.

@meganariley nevermind. the model was made public by the owner and I can now access it.
