Adding Payment method doesn't work

Hello there,

I’m trying to add a payment method in order to use inference api above free limits. I added my credit card, but i have no temporay hold and it seems my payment method is not working but i have no clue on what’s going on :frowning:

Thre’s no error, my card seems to ba added but no payment.

Can somebody help me ?

Hi @Syllab Your payment method was successfully added to your account, though let us know if you still see any errors .

ok now i see an error related to free limit exceeded. I thought that adding my payment method will charge my card and will unlock those limits ?

It should be OK like that.

I checked all permissions, everything is ok. I tried to generate another token, same error with “Payment required”. I don’t know what’s going on…

Hi @Fyahdii Once you’ve used up your free credits, you can add a card in your billing settings: Hugging Face – The AI community building the future. and subscribe to PRO: Hugging Face – The AI community building the future. to access pay-as-you-go billing support. Let us know if you have questions!

Hi Megan @meganariley thank you! The account I am using has a PRO subscription which is why I found the errors strange.
