I have some questions regarding llm benchmarks for dutch language at scandeval.
I can see the best llm to use is meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3-70B (few-shot, val) for both NLG and NLU. How can i use this for local pages for example service + location page? Also where can i find this llm? This is a pretrained llm so i can not just use meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3-70B. Hope you guys can help me out here. Even maybe using gpt mini 4o which is much cheaper. Also another options: Maybe using llm to translate from English to Dutch. So then we need to have an llm that is best in English writing and then another for the translation.
