:brain: Position: Research Engineer

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct innovative research in AI, particularly in natural language processing and machine learning models.
  • Collaborate with short-form video creators and animation studios to develop advanced AI technologies for video localization and content translation.
  • Fine-tune and customize existing pretrained models (e.g., DeepSeek, LLaMA, BERT) to enhance product capabilities.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure stable technical progress and scalable AI solutions.
  • Write and publish research papers and contribute to the broader AI research community.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in AI research or applications, with a background in NLP, deep learning, or recommender systems.
  • Proficient in training and fine-tuning deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills; able to independently design and implement complex algorithms.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Bonus: Experience or research background in short video, animation, or content generation.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with video processing, automatic translation, or subtitle alignment technologies.

:puzzle_piece: Position: Full-Stack Engineer

Location: Remote (flexible)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Optimize front-end performance, improve load times and interactivity.
  • Build reusable front-end component libraries to enhance development efficiency and code quality.
  • Design and develop scalable back-end services to handle high concurrency and low latency.
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize back-end services for system stability.
  • Design and optimize database structures for efficient data storage and querying.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to turn product requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experienced with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
  • Familiar with TypeScript and front-end performance optimization.
  • Skilled in back-end development using Python, Node.js, and common frameworks like Flask, Django, or Express.
  • Familiar with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and experienced in database design and optimization.
  • Experience with back-end deployment and basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of driving project progress effectively.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with mobile development (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
  • Ability to independently complete the full development cycle from requirement analysis to product launch.
