Enterprise Analytics not working

Hey everyone. We pay for Enterprise Analytics but there is a problem where we haven’t gotten an update since the 12th of February. Would be great if someone could look into this.

Hi @jasoncorkill thanks for reporting! Are you seeing this for all datasets? You can also send us an email at api-enterprise@huggingface.co with the dataset link if it’s private.

Hi @meganariley , I haven’t manually tracked the datasets daily download numbers, so I couldn’t tell you if those are changing, but my gut feeling is they aren’t. The total that you see in the screenshot is over all of our datasets, and when I download the CSV that contains all of the daily data for each dataset, there are no entries beyond the 12th. I will send you a mail with the CSV, as I cant seem to attach it here.
