I was claiming the authorship of a paper showing on hf, but got rejected due to the mismatch of email address and the mismatch of full name. After updating my information, I found I cannot re-submit the request anymore. The webpage shows I‘ve sent claimed authorship, but the status is always rejected.
In addition, may I ask what the basis is for using the email for verification?

Hi @noobimp paper authorship is matched against your email address. You can add secondary emails in your account settings if your paper is linked to another email on arXiv so that future papers can be quickly assigned to you.
In the meantime, I’ve assigned the two papers to your account!
