Feature Request: Update an model revision without recreating the endpoint (and changing the url)

Hi HF, thanks for the great work on inference endpoints!

It would be great if it were possible to update the revision of a model deployed on an endpoint, without needing to recreate the endpoint, and thus changing the url.

This would simplify a deployment pipeline we currently have, as we would no longer need to propagate the new url to services that consume it.

yes for the same reason it would be great if we could keep the same url after a new version of the model was pushed.
