As for the approval of the gated model, it’s a matter between the parties involved, so there’s basically nothing you can do from the outside, but in the case of the Google model, it seems that there are cases where you can get it sorted out by asking Google.
There may be a way if you ask directly in the Discussion section of Meta’s Llama 3.2.
