When putting my computer specs into the Hardware section. The highest Intel CPU is
Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF
I have an Intel Ultra 9 285k, with a built-in NPU with 13 TOPS.
It has Intel® Deep Learning Boost that supports OpenVINO™, WindowsML, DirectML, ONNX RT, WebNN
While not amazing, you would have thought this CPU would be listed, as it is useful when running models alongside my GPU. Especially on a site specifically to do with AI.
My Profile says I can’t run large models, when I can run multiple models on both my GPU and CPU simultaneously, but the website is showing I don’t have enough TFLOPs of computing power, as I can’t enter the correct Hardware information.

The CPU performance display on the profile screen has little practical significance, so it is best to consider it decorative.
In the case of GPUs, the VRAM size determines the models that can be executed, so the display is somewhat useful, but in the case of CPUs, performance depends too much on the library. There is no fair way to measure it. If there were, it would be complete once committed…
