[HIRING] $1,000 Dev-Rel sprint → launch MemDuo’s transparent RAG reranker for LangChain/Haystack

Our next release is a drop-in RAG reranker that exposes full probability distributions and signal explanations—no black boxes.

What we need (deliverables, ~30-35 h total, flexible)

• Polish README + 30-sec GIF demo

• Write one benchmark blog post (vs. Cohere Rerank)

• Run a front-page Show HN launch and engage comments

• PR into LangChain docs + share in showcase channel

• Seed Reddit / HF forum threads, host a mini-hackathon (we fund $100 prize)

Comp

• $1,000 flat— paid on invoice

• Public credit on repo + blog

• Path to 0.25–0.5 % equity & part-time Dev-Rel role once we hit 500⭐ or 50 active API keys

Must-haves

LangChain or Haystack experience • GitHub PR history • crisp technical writing
