How can I use transformers with TensorFlow on M1 Macbook?

I’m using a Macbook Air with M1, and I’ve installed tensorflow 2.4-rc0 according to this article:
使用MacBook pro M1搭建基于ML Compute加速的TensorFlow深度学习环境 - 知乎
It’s all right with the test script:

import tensorflow as tf
import time

mnist = tf.keras.datasets.mnist

(x_train, y_train),(x_test, y_test) = mnist.load_data()
x_train, x_test = x_train / 255.0, x_test / 255.0

model = tf.keras.models.Sequential([
tf.keras.layers.Flatten(input_shape=(28, 28)),
tf.keras.layers.Dense(128, activation=‘relu’),
tf.keras.layers.Dropout(0.2),
tf.keras.layers.Dense(10, activation=‘softmax’)
])

model.compile(optimizer=‘adam’,
loss=‘sparse_categorical_crossentropy’,
metrics=[‘accuracy’])

start = time.time()

model.fit(x_train, y_train, epochs=5)

end = time.time()

model.evaluate(x_test, y_test)
print(end - start)

but when I try import transformers , an error will be throw out:
None of PyTorch, TensorFlow >= 2.0, or Flax have been found. Models won’t be available and only tokenizers, configuration and file/data utilities can be used.

Why? Can someone help me?
