Hi! Yes, first enable the “user access requests” setting and then in the dataset README file specify a custom message in the extra_gated_prompt YAML field (use the mozilla-foundation/common_voice_7_0 README as an example).
cc @julien-c IMO it makes more sense to be able to specify this message directly in the repo settings and not in the README file.
