Hugging Face issue with sso

Hi Team,

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue we are currently facing with our Hugging Face Enterprise account. We have recently enrolled in Hugging Face Enterprise, created an organization, and completed the payment for seats/users.

We had configured Single Sign-On (SSO) with our Azure Active Directory. However, due to some changes, the application registration in the Azure portal was deleted. As a result, we are now unable to access the organization settings in the Hugging Face portal. When attempting to access the organization, we are redirected to the SSO page of our organization, and login is not possible due to the deleted app registration.

This issue is currently blocking our work, and we are unsure how to proceed. We kindly request that you temporarily disable SSO for our organization to allow us to update the necessary settings.

Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

This is expected - SSO: How Does it Work? Single Sign-On only applies to your organization. You still have to sign into your Hugging Face user account, but you won’t be able to access the organization account until you complete SSO.

It looks like you set up SSO correctly for your org. One of the features of your Enterprise Hub subscription is the Audit Log, and if you click on that you’ll be able to confirm you successfully completed SSO login.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have other questions.
