In the tutorial of 'Summary of the tasks' how can I run script like run_qa.py

I`m reading and learning Summary of the tasks — transformers 4.10.1 documentation, and interested in running the script like run_qa.py myself. Do we have instructions of the proper command, as well as data preparation?
