Is HF's PRO subscription help in LangGraph?

Let’s say I buy the PRO subscription. Can I also use HuggingFace’s API for LLamaIndex and LangGraph? I think I saw that the API will work with LLamaIndex, so the bigger question is whether the API is suitable for LangGraph?

It can be used, but requests for the Inference API available with a Pro subscription are converted to a pay-as-you-go rate of $2 per month. Of course, there is no upper limit with pay-as-you-go…

can you describe more what is $2 per month? if i have pro account $9 then it handle multiple request at a time and correctly work for text to image application?
