I was going to use Orca 2 for a non-research work. But it seems it is a derivative of Llama 2 and then ownership of the derivative work is retained by Microsoft.
Microsoft license forbids distribution. And also forbids non-research work.
On other hand, people is sharing online here in HF some quantisations of Orca 2. This is technically forbidden, even if it is nowadays trivial. So, am I missing something here? Is Microsoft neglecting enforcement of its license, or has HF got a permission for derivative works?
