Is there any ways to test my custom Jax model with datasets in HF?

Hi, I am new to Hugging face. I wonder if I can upload my custom model (transformer-like) in Jax and use the HF pipeline to test it with multiple datasets (and utilize the HF tokenizers etc)? Are there any guides about custom models here?
