Honestly, I felt the same way when I first jumped in. It’s super easy to feel overwhelmed with all the tools, terms, and models flying around. What really helped me was not putting too much pressure on myself. I took it one step at a time—watched some beginner videos, played around with simple models, and asked questions (even if they felt silly).
Also, quick confession—I’d sometimes take a break and scroll through random stuff to give my brain a rest. One time I ended up on this christmas tree shop and got totally sidetracked looking at decorations. 
Weirdly enough, those little breaks helped me come back with a clearer head.
So yeah—go easy on yourself, don’t rush it, and take breaks when you need them. The learning will happen, just give it time.
