I am CEO of a small german company, specialised on company surveys and report generation. We conduct large surveys for various topics, like occupational health and worker satisfaction and leadership quality. I want to develop an AI-process, whichs helps me to gain insights from these data.
The surveys are developed by me, and I have a lot of data to train, I have the factor modell, but I have no idea, where and how to start.
