I want to ask how exactly organization domain name confirmation works (so one can have an organization badge). I work for a fairly large research company and we have two huggingface organizations. Their badge got accepted while ours got denied, but we literally work at the same organization and want to represent it officially on HF. Can anyone shed some light on this?
Also, on the point of feedback – I got no email notification or anything of that sort when it got denied… I found out by accident while checking my organization settings.
I was able to find a solution. First, go to organization settings, then to Account. Find the Organization domain name section. It will contain your previous one with some colored tag saying something like “denied”. Empty the box and save the changes. Refresh the page and enter the organization domain again. Now a new request has been sent, pending verification.
