Organization domain name denied even though I am from that organization

Hi,

I want to ask how exactly organization domain name confirmation works (so one can have an organization badge). I work for a fairly large research company and we have two huggingface organizations. Their badge got accepted while ours got denied, but we literally work at the same organization and want to represent it officially on HF. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Also, on the point of feedback – I got no email notification or anything of that sort when it got denied… I found out by accident while checking my organization settings.

@meganariley It’s a serious-looking account problem related to the organization.

It would at least be great to be able to re-apply for it but there is no option :frowning:

For example, if it’s a payment problem, you should be able to send an email here, but this isn’t a payment problem…

Or try HF Discord. In most cases, if you are in a hurry, they will reply more quickly.
