Persistent "Endpoint in Error" message for account without any endpoints

Hello Hugging Face Team,

I keep getting the error message “Bad Request: Your endpoint is in error, check its status on endpoints.huggingface.co” every time I log in to my account.

I want to clarify that I only use Hugging Face Chat. I have never created any Inference Endpoints.

I have already tried all the standard troubleshooting steps, including:

  • Clearing all browser cache and cookies
  • Restarting the browser
  • Trying a different browser

The error still persists after all these steps, which strongly suggests this is a server-side issue with my account’s state. It seems my account has been incorrectly flagged as having an endpoint in an error state.

Could you please investigate and clear this erroneous flag from my account?
