Hello there,
I created several personalized assistants on HuggingChat. They are supposed to be public and I used the share link so that other users can try them. I needed to make teachers test them for a training course this morning, but when they clicked the link, they had an “error 505” page. As for me, I was able to access the assistants on my professional laptop, with my HuggingChat account. Anyone can help? Many thanks!

If there was no problem with your laptop, it is possible that the teachers’ PCs or browsers are unusually old.
This is the first time I’ve seen a 505 error reported on Hugging Face…
I think it’s related to the fact of being logged in or not. I tried the links for my assistants this afternoon without logging in, and I got the 505 error as well.
Do people need a huggingchat account just to test existing assistants?

That’s probably necessary. Rather than how the Assistant works, I think it’s a feature of Hugging Chat.
For more details, it’s best to ask in the Hugging Chat community discussion.
