Timeline for new pipeline; Contacting Support


I got a startup account so I can try out the inference API for question-answer and sentiment analysis models, which were pretty easy to use and set up. But I was also interested in another model, namely, microsoft/deberta-v2-xlarge · Hugging Face for question-answering; however it doesn’t currently have an inference api, as far as I can tell.

I wanted to ask if there were any plans to getting a pipeline for the microsoft/deberta-v2-xlarge model or if I can vote for development of that pipeline.

I wasn’t sure if this was the appropriate place to ask this question. I was initially going to contact support, since in Pricing, the startup plan said it had email support, but I don’t know how to contact them. Can anyone tell me how to do that?
