Train a Custom AI Model for Interior Room Renovations (Before/After Image Training)

I’m looking for an experienced AI/ML developer who can help me train a custom image generation model for interior design renovations. The goal is to teach the AI to understand a specific renovation style and generate realistic “after” images based on “before” room photos.

:file_folder: What I Already Have:

  • A large, high-quality dataset with hundreds of paired before-and-after interior images (organized and labeled).
  • The data includes various room types and styles, with consistent visual structure across each pair.
  • I’ve already tried using LoRA with train_lora.py and RunPod, but kept running into persistent errors. So I’m open to whatever approach works best — doesn’t have to be LoRA or even Diffusers.
