I am tasked with extracting content from free text content (like email) , but was not able identify which model / models I can use to complete this task.
A sample input I might get is like below
Need help printing and binding 200 pages by 5 pm tomorrow. Account number XE122
I would need to extract the service : printing, binding
pages: 200
Account: XE122
Time: 08-Aug-2023 05:00 PM ET
I have lots of data to process, but not sure if where to start. Any help would be appreciated.
