i have created an endpoint. I paused it and set zero-scaled. Why it continued add the usage price?

@meganariley Payment issue.
i paused the ending point and set it zero-scale but the billing number is continuing adding . i dont know what happen! even if i delete the endpoint. the billing is still adding!
