I’m new to this community and I need your help to find the right solution. I’m in search of a chatbot able to read profiles inside a company, understand what everyone is capable of by reading their profiles, and guide me in the right direction when I ask for help.
For example, I work with 100 people, each with their own profile. To save time, I would like to find the right person directly through a chatbot, capable of helping me and resolving what I’m searching for. Additionally, the chatbot needs to be able to learn and receive feedback to improve and provide more precise answers over time.
