Hello friends. I am looking at an algorithm that can identify exact “cut points” in a News video where a totally different news is starting. For examples I want to be able to separate a new segment talking about “Hurricane Nicole” from another news segment talking about “Global Economic Crisis”… Is there any research paper or model that can help? Any thoughts?
