Maybe a cache issue ? Can you try to pass download_mode="force_redownload" to redownload the dataset script and the data files ?

Please try to clear your cache and try again. It looks like it tries to load a dataset saved with save_to_disk somehow, while the dataset on HF is a dataset with a python loading script and ZIP files
Maybe check that you don’t have a directory named ccdv/xxx in your working directory
